Youth into Action is a service to young people which has seen a gap in the market for career guidance and job mentorship.

Youth into Action is run by Chris Carlaw, whom after graduating University in 2004 found it difficult finding work with a University degree.

After eight months of unemployment and disillusionment, Chris decided to help other young people who may be facing the same difficulties in the job market.

The purpose of this initiative is to educate and inform those aged 15-24 firstly what skills they need to discover where they need to go and secondly what they need to do to get there.

Chris has an innate ability to relate to and motivate today’s youth.
